Thank you for choosing to play mas with LUX Carnival for Toronto Carnival 2025. Please read the following terms carefully before making your purchase. By registering for a costume, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not possible. From the point of ordering, materials and garments are sourced specifically for your costume. Every costume is custom-made to your size and specifications. Payments received are applied to materials, labour, road services, and business operations.

Cancellation of Order

You may cancel your costume order at any time; however, all payments made are non-refundable. If you can no longer participate, you are welcome to resell your costume to another person. In such cases, written notice is required, and the new masquerader must be approved by LUX Carnival. Please contact us for assistance with the name transfer process.

Cancellation or Postponement of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival

If the Toronto Caribbean Carnival is cancelled or postponed, your costume will still be completed and distributed in July 2025. The value of the band fee (excluding costume materials and labour) will be deducted or refunded accordingly. Please note: the theme presented for 2025 will not be carried over into future years.

Payment Deadlines

All costume packages must be paid in full no later than July 1st, 2025. Any balances outstanding beyond this date may result in cancellation of your order without refund.

Costume Changes – Size and Specifications

Please ensure that all sizing and costume options are entered accurately at the time of registration. The deadline for size or specification changes is May 31st, 2025. No changes will be accommodated beyond this date.
